Last month we wrote about Lauren Scruggs, the 23-year-old model and fashion blogger who lost her left hand and eye in a freak incident with the propeller of a small airplane. It’s only been six weeks since her horrific accident, but a few days ago, Lauren was seen being dropped off at a Dallas rehabilitation center — and she looks great. Sporting an eye patch and a baseball cap pulled down to cover her face, Lauren was photographed walking and talking with her family. After being in intensive therapy to relearn the basic capabilities that are too easy to take for granted, Lauren has made a tremendous amount of progress and is on her way to recovery.
