Adam Lambert has garnered heaps of attention lately, what with his on-stage gay kiss, the blurring out of said kiss by CBS’s “Early Show,” dis-invitation to “Good Morning America,” and subsequent media frenzy. If he gets his way, he’ll triangulate even more focus his way. In an interview with MTV, he explained that he’d really love to see an unused track from his new album find its way to “maybe Twilight.” The reason the song was discarded — “too campy, too theatrical.” The Twi-hards are gonna love that. Lambert’s frothy sexuality and “Twilight”‘s hot, girl-focused abstinence could be perfect together, though I’m not too sure the sparkly vampire set would agree. [MTV UK]
